IONFIX PRO Static Generator
The IONFIX™ Pro is a high-performance static generator designed for demanding industrial electrostatic applications requiring high power, precise control, and reliable operation. Delivering up to 150 W of power with output voltages up to 30 kV or 60 kV, it is suitable for continuous and high-speed production processes such as winding, lamination, interleaving, product separation, and material handling.

The system is designed for both simple operation and advanced configuration, offering intuitive keypad control with detailed LED status and fault feedback. It supports integration into automated production lines through standard PLC interfaces and optional fieldbus communication.
With fast response times, multiple safety systems, and four high-voltage outputs, the IONFIX™ Pro provides flexible and stable electrostatic performance for complex industrial environments.
