IONFIX IML Accessories
Fraser offers a versatile range of IML accessories designed to complement the IONFIX™ Compact Static Generator for in-mould labelling applications. The system is designed to provide flexible electrostatic charging solutions for label handling, adhesion, and mould positioning in plastics and packaging industries. Using the dedicated IML version of the IONFIX™ Compact Static Generator, limited to 20 kV output, the accessories support efficient and reliable label placement during production processes. The range includes connector boxes, splitter boxes, electrodes, static dissipative foam, high-voltage silicone cable, plated emitter pins, and a manual static wand for label adhesion applications.
