Applications
Available Configurations
Syphon
A coiled or looped fitting installed between a gauge and a steam or hot process line, allowing condensate to form and buffer the gauge from direct high-temperature exposure.
Snubber
A restrictor fitting installed between a gauge and the process line to dampen pressure pulsation and spikes, protecting the gauge movement from fatigue and premature failure.
Gauge Cock
A small isolation valve installed at the gauge connection, allowing the gauge to be shut off from the process line for maintenance, calibration, or replacement.
Mini Valve
A compact valve used in the same isolation role as a gauge cock, typically used where space at the gauge connection is limited.
Gauge Saver
A protective device that limits transient overpressure reaching the gauge, helping prevent damage from pressure spikes beyond the gauge's rated range.
Adapter
A fitting that transitions between the gauge's thread size or type (NPT, BSP) and the process connection thread.
Reducer
A fitting that steps down from a larger process connection thread to a smaller gauge connection thread, or vice versa.
Mounting Accessory
Brackets, panel mounts, and related hardware used to physically support and position a gauge at its installation point.
