Extinguishing Units- EXT11-EX, EXT12-EX, and EXT22-EX
The Atexon® EXT11-EX, EXT12-EX, and EXT22-EX Extinguishing Units are designed to automatically extinguish sparks and burning particles in pneumatic conveying and industrial process systems. The units activate immediately after spark detection, spraying a controlled amount of water into the process line to suppress ignition sources before they can develop into fires or dust explosions.
Product description
Designed for high-speed material transport systems, the extinguishing units provide continuous operational monitoring when connected to the Atexon® SR3-EX Signal Router. Each unit includes integrated monitoring components such as temperature sensors, flow switches, and position-monitored ball valves to ensure reliable operation in demanding industrial environments.
