Elbows & Tees
Elbows and tees provide the directional and branch connections needed to route and split threaded pipe lines. Union tees offer a fully female three-way connection for joining three pipe runs at 90 degrees, while branch and run tee variants combine male and female ports to interface directly with valves, instruments, and threaded equipment without extra adaptors. Ninety degree elbows redirect a pipe run through a right angle, and street elbows do the same while combining one male and one female end so the fitting can connect directly into a threaded port without a separate nipple. Cross fittings extend the same principle to four-way connections. All fittings are precision machined from stainless steel bar stock to NPT and BSPT thread standards, covering instrumentation, process, and utility piping from 1/16 inch through 1 inch.

Features
Precision machined stainless steel construction for leak-free, reliable connections
Union tee provides a fully female three-way connection for straightforward inline branching
Male branch tee and female run tee variants connect directly to threaded equipment without extra adaptors
90 degree elbows and street elbows redirect pipe runs while minimizing fitting count
Street elbow's male x female design connects directly into a threaded port, eliminating a separate nipple
Cross fittings enable four-way branching in compact piping layouts
Fine NPT and BSPT threads for a leak-free, reliable system
Male threads protected with plastic caps during transit and storage
Wide choice of connections and configurations across the 1/16" to 1" size range
Safety factor of 1:4 across the fitting range

Applications
Available Configurations
Union Tee
A fully female three-way (NPT F x F x F) fitting for joining three pipe runs at 90 degrees.
Male Branch Tee
A three-way fitting with male NPT connections on all ports.
Female Run Tee
A three-way fitting with female NPT run ports and a male NPT branch port.
90 Degree Elbow
A fully female (or male x female) fitting that redirects a pipe run through a right angle.
Street Elbow
A 90 degree elbow with one male and one female NPT end.
Cross Fitting
A four-way, fully female NPT fitting used where two pipe runs need to intersect and branch at right angles.
