Earth-Rite® II FIBC
The Earth-Rite® II FIBC by IEP Technologies is a static grounding system designed for Type C Flexible Intermediate Bulk Containers (FIBCs) used during powder transfer operations. It ensures safe dissipation of electrostatic charges by continuously monitoring the grounding integrity of conductive FIBC bags.
Product description
The system verifies that the resistance of the bag remains below the safety threshold of 1 × 10⁸ Ω, as defined in NFPA 77 (2024 edition). This helps reduce the risk of electrostatic ignition in hazardous environments and prevents static shock hazards to personnel.
