7130 / 7150 / 7160 Generator Bars
The 7130, 7150, and 7160 Generator Bars are industrial charging electrodes designed for safe, controllable, and reliable static charge application in temporary adhesion processes. These heavy-duty generator bars are used with Fraser IONFIX™ static generators for applications including interleaving, in-mould labelling (IML), laminating, wrapping, chill rollers, bag making, and labelling systems.
Product description
The bars feature individually resistively coupled tungsten emitters for long operational life and consistent charge distribution. Fully encapsulated construction improves reliability and operational safety in demanding industrial environments.
The 7160 Generator Bar is the standard model for use with IONFIX™ generators and supports voltages up to 60 kV, while the 7130 and 7150 models are designed for compatibility with older 30 kV and 50 kV generators.
