7090 / 7095 Static Pinners
The 7090 and 7095 Static Pinners are compact electrostatic charging electrodes designed for precise pinning and adhesion of small areas and lightweight materials. Operating with 30 kV static generators, they are used in processes such as trim charging, edge pinning, label positioning, and in-mould labelling (IML). The design provides controlled, high-intensity electrostatic fields for consistent material holding and positioning.
