7080 / 7081 Generator Bar
The 7080 and 7081 Generator Bars are medium-duty static charging electrodes designed to provide safe, controllable, and reliable electrostatic charge application for temporary adhesion processes. These compact generator bars are used in a wide range of industrial applications such as interleaving, labelling, pinning, wrapping, bag making, and in-mould labelling (IML).
Product description
When used with Fraser IONFIX™ 30 kV generators, the 7081 model provides full operational control and feedback for stable and efficient performance. The 7080 model offers compatibility with older Fraser generator systems.
Both versions feature encapsulated construction and resistively coupled emitters to ensure safe, spark-free operation and long service life.
