4300 In-Line Air Ioniser
The 4300 In-Line Air Ioniser is a compressed air ionisation system designed to neutralise static electricity within an existing air supply line. It is particularly suitable for difficult industrial applications such as sheet feeders, separators, and colour mixing systems where ionised compressed air is required. The system uses a 1265 Single Point Ioniser to deliver 5.5–6 kV ionising power into flexible pipework, helping remove electrostatic contamination and improve material separation processes.

Installation Notes
- Must be installed on the discharge side of the control valve
- Not suitable for enclosed high-pressure systems
- Air supply must be clean and dry
- Plastic pipework and fittings are recommended to maximise ion life and system performance
