Gastec Gas Detection System

Al Ghwasa is the factory authorized distributor for GASTEC products in the Middle East.

Gastec standard detector tubes are thin glass tubes with calibration scales printed on them.

The GASTEC standard detector tube system consists of the GV-100S pump and GV-110S gas detection tubes. The detector tube method permits a simple, quick, and economical analysis at the working site. The tubes are also very easy to store because of their long shelf life of nearly 3 years.

Engineers can read concentrations of the substances they measure. They can also analyze a wide range of gases and vapors accurately, quickly, and easily. Processors break off both ends and connect the tube to the Model GV-100S/110S Gas Sampling Pump to activate it.

Measurement Procedures

Only three steps for measurement:

1.Break off both ends of the detector tube. Insert the tube in to rubber inlet.

2.Pull out the handle until it is locked. Wait until the sampling time has elapsed.

3.Wait for the required sampling time and read the measurement at the end of the coloured layer.

GHS-8AT-EX

  • The GHS-8AT-EX is a simple continuous H2S measurement system that is easy to operate with minimal supervision in the sewer lines.
  • The unit checks the content of H2S in sewer systems over a period of time according to the customer’s requirement.
  • The unit is protected with IP66/67 enclosure deeming it fit to be used in harsh conditions without affecting its operations.

  • For GV110S a counter is integrated within the industrial pump for an easier process.
  • The pump is made of HDPE plastic. Therefore, it will not react with the surrounding environment nor be affected by heat or pressure, it’s strong but light and doesn’t require any maintenance.

Gastec Extension Pole - 350BP-2

The Gastec extension pole is used in conjunction with Gastec's Gas Sampling Pump. The pole is safe
and ready to use anytime, anywhere. The packet consists of: 2.8 m (9.19 ft) telescoping extension pole
with rubber shroud holder, and instructions.

Below are some of the features of the Gastec Extension Pole - 350BP-2:

  • Easy remote sampling
  • Extends up to 9.2 feet (2.8 meters)
  • Workers can stand far away from the sample site.
  • Contracts to 25 inches (63.5 centimeters) for easy transport and storage
  • Engineered from corrosion-resistant fiberglass
  • The pole is durable and lightweight.

Gastec Compressed Air Quality Measurement Kit CG-1

Gastec developed a measurement system that can simply, quickly, and simultaneously measure 4 kinds of harmful contaminants (CO, CO2, Water vapour, and Oil mist) contained in compressed breathing air (cylinder or compressor).

This measurement system enables users to achieve high efficiency in the measurement by simply connecting 4 kinds of Airtec tubes to the device simultaneously.
